Brian has already said it. The blue or black won't cut it. I did it all right, except the fuel pump. It shoulda been good for 632 hp ( mathmaticaly anyways). It was good for even close to that. Pumps are cheap, motors are not. Bought an A1000, and problem solved.

As previously stated, don't skimp on the fuel pump. I'm using the Aeromotive A1000 pump and the Aeromotive boost regulated bypass regulator. It has huge -10 AN ports and -8 An return port on the regulator. I had fittings welded to my stock tank to accept the lines.

Well, just when I thought I was ahead, I popped a plug on my lightning. The shop wants $2800 to fix it. So, I am taking the task on myself. With the parts I will need to fix.....it sucks up all of my mustang fuel system money.

Yay for Ford for making crappy aluminum heads with not enough sparkplug threads.

Wasnt that a recall or fight Ford and have them do a partial coverage or something.

The lightning is modded, they will not warranty it. Ford never issued a recall for the bad heads. They just upgraded the threads in 03. There is a petition going around trying to get a recall, but, it is pointless.

Im just glad it didnt happen under boost and at only 20mph, 1 mile from my GF's house. It could have been disasterous any other way.
