I run my contour fans with this. I bought a used one though for $15. It works with MS3 as i've tested it and will be using it with mine. I used it by creating a PWM output based on coolant. However the new MS firmware due later this year incorporates PWM as an output in the fan control menu so you can dial in things like fan off above a certain speed, and AC idle up.
