Pypes ID

I just bought a used 2007 Mustang V6. It has a Pypes Exhaust installed (printed on chrome tips). Any way to ID exactly which set was put on? Or is there only one set of Pypes for a 2007 V6. Don't know much about exhaust systems...

look at the mufflers. Pypes has Violators and Street-somethings if they're axle backs. They also have a mid muffler set up too. Have you tried going to the Pypes web site and comparing their pictures to what you have ? Alot of the Pypes V6 conversion kits had Ford GT take off mufflers on them. That's the best sounding system for the sixer IMO.

Pypes has several different kits available for the V6 Mustang ranging from a cat-back to axle back. Can you be more specific as to what is installed on your car?

Does it have a single pipe from the Y-pipe back or was it replaced with an X-pipe and true duals?
