jackoff i got the car from did some crap job with my car so everyday i find some new thats wrong with my car, today its this hose, where did the plug end attach to and what is its purpose? and what of the bigger hose next to it? (arrow) could this be related to my vaccum leak?

Your in luck because I took this pic of my old manifold when I did my h/c/i. just in case i forgot where to wsap the lines. I beleive the hose your pointing to, is the one going to that brass T fitting, which in turn goes to the pvc

The hose on the left is supposed to connect to your charcoal canister located on the passenger side fender. If this hose is plugged, then your charcoal canster is prob deleted. (which is stupid IMHO). Look around in that area for another vacuum line made of hard plastic and see if it's plugged. If it's open, you could be venting explosive gas vapors into your engine bay.

Hose on the right comes out of the front intake fitting and connects to a t-fitting on the underside of the intake. The other side of the t connects to the PCV valve. The post above mine shows a picture of the routing in the first pic

the charcoal canister is the on located by the smog? i didnt find a plastic like vacuum type of line but i did find a line rubber line the one circled in my pic above

Yes, it's located right next to the smog pump slightly forward. That line was supposed to run down and connect into a black blox which is the canister.

Is yours still there?

yes it is, and there is a line similar to that, connected to the black box leading to nothing, im guessing it goes to the plugged hose, whats the worse that this line is not connected?

There should be two lines coming out of the black box. One is a hard plastic that runs to the rear of the car. The other is the soft rubber line that connects to the other one under your intake.

I'd reconnect them.

I doubt it would do much not being connected though.
