So I'm doing my overhaul of the 85 GT. I'm installing a 501 BBF, TKO600 5 speed, and Tubular K-member with lower control arms and QA1 coilovers. Right now the suspension is off the ground but I noticed something weird. When I put the rims and tires on, which are 3 spoke 17s from a 95 GT with 235 tires, to check fit, they hit the coilovers. Is this normal when you have the car on jacks? I want to make sure I don't have a clearance problem before I go ordering the custom rims. Anyone seen this before?
