QA1 Tubular K-Member, anyone ever use this?

Hey guys.. i can get a real good deal on a QA1 Tubular K member. The only thing is the car will, and i stress WILL be driven on the street. Im afraid of bending it. Anyone have any experience with these. Ever bend one? Is it true if you hit a good put hole it will bend it? Thanks for any info guys.

Well what I an tell you is it moves the front tires forward 1", this can be a major issue with a wheel larger then a drag skinny.

they say that is the weakest of the tubular k-members but it is the lightest. moving the tires an inch forawrd would be bad on my 86 due to the fact 225 rub the front facia now.
