I noticed my quad shocks look a little beat. I was told by a member on here that they heard if you get new upper and lower control arms you can do away with the quad shocks is this true? I kinda find that hard to believe beings its there now even though our stock U/L control arms suck
Yep, you can toss them. Most manufacturers of control arms say you can ditch them. I'm only running aftermarket LCA's and havent had my quad shocks for over a year. They were a band aid to prevent axle hop. I haven't had any axle hop with my stock UCA's and X2C LCA's.
