Any recommendations on how to fill this gab? I drilled out the spot welds on the rear end panel and am able to pull it back more then pictured but still not happy with the alignment. Any recommendations?
Is that a replacement panel ? The area where the tail panel and the quarter over lap on the new panels is usually bent inward a little to far ,i use a block of wood and a firm rubber hammer from the inside and hit on the overlap up and down the overlap and they usually push out where it is supposed to be .Make sure to keep checking the end cap fit as you go
It is a replaced panel, as well as the quarter, and well pretty much everything back there. I will give the wood block a shot, thank you! very helpful with the pics
I have to do this almost every time i replace a quarter or tail panel ,it is actually the filler piece between the end cap and the quarter that is the problem
