Quarter panels?

Who has done them? I have some rust in the back of my car; wheelhouses, trunk floor, frame rails, and quarters. The rust in the quarters may not be bad enough to justify replacing them, but I'm trying to get the wheelhouses out and it's pretty tough with the quarters in there. It looks like there are some spot welds holding the fender lip to the outer wheelhouse, but will I be able to get the wheelhouse the rest of the way out without cutting the quarter out? Am I just making it harder on myself in the long run by trying to keep the quarters intact? It looks like it's gonna be pretty hard but maybe I'm missing something. I hate some rust:mad:

:edit:
Oh yeah, I'm trying not to cut out the whole inner wheelhouse either if I can help it. I think I'll need to replace a couple sections of it but the majority of it looks good. Basically I'm trying to get the outer wheelhouse out without cutting out the inner wheelhouse of the quarter panel. Is that do-able?

I dont know exactly how to answer your questions, but here are some pictures of my 68 without quarter panels when they were replaced. Hope they help.

Thanks for the pics, I think I've got it figured out now. I ended up cutting the quarter along the wheel lip, and the outer house along the seam where it meets the inner. I'm going to try to use quarter patch panels rather than the whole thing since the whole quarter costs about 4x as much as the patch.
