QuarterHorse or SCT Eliminator Chip

I am getting ready to update my A9S computer and was looking at the Quarter Horse and the SCT chips for the Mustang and was wondering what you all think on this .... I am leaning to the Quarter Horse , but I have never done any programing ....

I wish i put it on my car 5 years ago. It cost less than my first chip/tune, is plug and play and has a ton of options.
