I am pretty sure the M5400A Kit is not even called a Bullitt Kit anymore because of the lack of Bullitt Parts, I think its called Special Edition Kit or something along those lines.

Yes, it's the "mustang handling kit". Does it matter if it's from a bullitt though? They are just tokico struts/shocks and FMS C springs right?

A few years ago I baught the "bullitt" kit when it first came out and put it on my 98 GT, it looked exactly like the stuff I just got yesterday from Summit.

Oh yeah -- Do you have any pics of your car after the M2300K and bullitt setup? It will look similar to my setup so i'm curious.

I found some old threads you had but the pic links didn't work anymore.

Most likely you are going to end up with the Nose of your car sitting higher than the rear, for whatever reason if they are the Mach 1 and Cobra stuff it tends to do that. I do have a theory on why they sit higher up front, and that would be that the Engines were heavier in the Mach 1 and Cobra compared to the Bullitt, so Ford made the Front Springs slightly longer. BTW I can email you a Pic of my Car if you want to see how it looks.

Aren't they just standard "C" springs? It would look the same if you had just went and baught this kit for 79-04. There is no special mach 1 or bullitt springs

I think i'm wrong. I just called ford and the part # for a mach-1 spring and bullitt spring are different. He didn't have the spring rates though, so maybe they are close ,or the same. Who knows.

They are a different P/N, the Spring Rates are about equal but I believe the Mach 1s are longer. A Couple years ago I was in touch with a Guy that runs a Mach 1 Forum, he took a brand new Mach 1 of the Dealer Lot measured the ride height and then installed New Bullitt pieces and the car sat about 1/4" Lower after the swap.

I am not trying to put down the Kit you purchased, but from what I have seen it is going to make your car sit higher in the Front instead of higher in the rear.
