I can tell you where you can get one just like that car, with supposed TT setup for free...

Why not look at the 4.6 Corbra for that price?

Nah, I'm not into the black thing. But you know what they say, once you go black you never go back.

i think the car looks great, i think the price is fair, being as its a previosly blown car and if you can find maybe 2 or three worth fixing problems (even if they small) you can talk him down a bit, but i wouldnt lowball him, if he keeps the car that nice chances are he's in the hobby too and might be being honest with you....but then agian ive never met him

Car looks clean and I don't think the price is too much if it is that nice throughout. Just be careful, and don't be afraid to dicker, there is probably some room to come down on the price some.

You lost me on the TT reference, can you explain that one? As for a 4v cobra, the more i think about it, the more i'm gonna negociate. The only thing i really want in my next car is black/black and i think i jumped at the first close one i found. There are some things i like in the 4v cobra, the rear bumper/lights/lack of dash clock for startres. That being said, for my budget, its hard to find a clean 4v cobra. Found one for like 7k but it has 118k on it. I guess we'll see what happens.

Don't know what your budget is...But I came across a Black/Tan 98 Cobra last fall, always had a woody for one and 98 was supposedly one of the best years for the 4V motor and if I was gonna upgrade to a Cobra, that was the year I was after....32k, one owner, pretty mint...asking 13.1. So I would bank on paying more for a 4V...
Was a sweet original ride...I took it out for a test run and wasn't really overly impressed with it...Nice car,no doubt about it...ran good, but you really had to wring it out to get it moving compared to a pushrod motor...
Then I popped the hood and that sold me...I didn't really feel comfortable going thru the learning curve of a 4V as I know jack about em...I like doing my own wrenching and know mine inside out, it's never been back to Ford since day one....

BTW...I think the TT was for Twin Turbo....can you say Yowza !!!!

Yea i figured it was Twin Turbo. I kinda feel like i need to drive a 4v car and see if i like it. I've always hated having to rev the piss outta cars, hated driving my friends integra for example.
