i got a 02 gt 5 speed and my second gear synchro has been out for sometime and i havent really had the time to get around to fixing it but now tht i have finally got the time i was wondering how hard is it to change it out? should i take it to a shop por is it a simple do it urselfer? any answers will be much appreciated.

You have a TR-3650 with a common and known problem. Speak to a Ford dealer about working something out with you. Its worth a shot...

yea a bunch of my buddys have had the same problem i was hoping to see a recall on it but never happened meh
