Ok, so I guess I've been a little hard on my gas pedal, because it broke off. Now I'm driving with just the stub with no pedal on it. I need a replacement. My question is....do the bullitt pedals actually REPLACE the stock pedals or just cover them up like some of those crappy billet add-ons? Also, I've heard horror stories about installing them. Is it that bad?

The aren't that bad to install. One pedal (can't remember which one) needed a different bolt since the pedal was bigger, but other than that it was no problem.

Hope you're a contortionist

I read some instruction on mustangtuning.com. It said that I would have to remove two 13mm bolts from the gas pedal assembly. I'm not sure what it's taking about, but my stock pedal broke clean off (the plastic loops on the back that the pin goes through snapped. Am I going to have to mess with any bolts? And will the pedal just go on or am I going to have to remove the pin and all that crap first?

OH yea, and not having a gas pedal sucks

your going to put the pin in the new gas pedal. it is the acutal pedal and i dotn thing youll need any different bolts. as far as the clutch and brake pedal those are a little bit of a pain to put on but well worth it. what i did was slip the bottom on then sat down and used my foot to push and wiggle it on. but the gas pedel is cake to replace

it replaces the actual gas pedal, but are slip covers for the brakes and clutch.

just a tip, boil the brake and clutch pedal for a few mins, and lather it with dishwashing soap. slide if over the pedal, and mash the hell out of it with your foot twisting left and right.

I didnt read that until after I spent 4 hours getting mine on with a screwdriver, a sore back, red fingers, and scissors .
