hey guys i have a quick question. 98gt

i just put a ford racing heavy duty clutch in my car and after a couple of week of break in i decided to run a fox. well when i 2-3 shift the clutch went. it would not fully disengage.

i took it apart to servey the damage. the disc just completly came apart on the pressure plate side. i mean no material left. the pressure plate looks good and the flywhell is still smooth( it was a new one)
i think i had a defetive disc.

heres my question. Can i get away with just putting a disk in?

Thanks
Chris
