I would think you should be able to click on options but maby I'm missing something. I added my account so I can transfer money from paypal to my bank and I think since I have done that it's been doing this

When you pay with paypal it will automatically default to your bank account. Before you pay, the Paypal screen will say, x # of dollars will be withdrawn from Account xxxx. which will be your bank. You have to choose the "choose more funding options" box and switch it to your credit card. I believe there is also a way to set your account up so that it automatically defaults to your cc each time instead of your bank. No need to talk to Paypal. You can do it all online in your account manager.
