Has anyone here installed 2011 GT500 mufflers onto their 2011 GT? From what I've been able to find, it seems like they fit right into place.

For anyone who may have done this, how do they sound? I'm only looking for a mild upgrade in sound. I don't want an overly loud system, or anything that gets too raspy/course sounding. I'm just looking for a little deeper, but still smooth rumble/growl. I've listened to all the YouTube sound clips I've been able to find (there aren't that many), and it seems like about what I'm looking for. Just looking to hear directly from anyone who may have done this, and if so, where you found them and for what price. Thanks.

Yep, they are a perfect fit with no mods required. I have them and the sound is a bit deeper and a nice rumble at idle and when down shifting. WOT has a respectful growl too. I was looking for a good sound and not to loud since I have been that route on past cars. I would say you will like them.

I don't have them, but I've heard them, and if you just want one step up from stock, they're the way to go. They are not much louder than stock. It's not my preference, but if you don't want an extremely loud exhaust, it's definitely the way to go.

You could also look into the Magnaflow Street series. (Do NOT get the Competition series. They're stupid loud. Those are the mufflers I have, and I like them, but then again I need to drown out all of the dirtbags on their Harleys.)
