I know I've asked this before but i never get a good response. What kind of store should I look for insulation for the inside of my car (under carpet, headliner, etc.) And what adhesive/tools do I need and which companies do you recommend? And please no responses of "I've told you this before" because i'm too lazy to search for it :D

I assume you are looking for a cheap alternative to the Mustang catalogs which sell carpet padding. In which case I’d go to a local carpet installer and ask for some scrapes. (you might get it for free out of the dumpster) Pieces to little for a house should work great in your car. The insulation does not need to be one big piece; a lot of little pieces will work fine. As for glue nothing beats 3M-spray adhesive, you can buy it anywhere. Read the can it gives lots of instructions.

You can also use Furnace duct insulation. It looks like foil bubble wrap. You can buy it at home depot or lowes and $40 worth will completely cover the inside of your car.

Works great, its a little trick I learned from a local shop.
