I am wanting to replace the lid on the center consol in my Cobra. It looks like the top has some screws you pull and then the hinge will slide into the new lid.
Have any of you replaced the lid/door to the consol? How much is it and is it a pretty strait forward replacement?
lol - I'm sure it comes right off....crap, I can get it off with a bat if I have to...lol.
I guess I'm asking - does it come off the way I think it does (screws on the passenger side under the top). Seriously, I can take anything apart - I just want to be sure it's the way I'm thinking it does.
And is this not a part that Ford would carry as a direct replacement?
