87-93 Center Console LMR cup holder section

We just bought an 89 foxbody yesterday and I (the wife) want to replace the middle console with a new OPR 2 cup holder center console. My question is with having 2 beverages with they get in the way of shifting? Anyone know?

Depends on the size of the cup

A large iced from dunks is in the way but doable

A medium iced is not in the way

I've got the other cupholder console without the Amazon-grade power sockets. And I've driven the car with two Medium coffees from Dunks in there without issue. Was able to shift fine. I wouldn't rip 2nd gear with two drinks in though.
