Does a Mustang II front end (the underside) bolt up to a 65 stang? i need to redo everything, my steering is getting really sloppy, and the thing is just getting old. I heard rumors and i was wondering if it was true...if it is, has anyone here done it, and if so was it successful? and one last think if it is true, do they have raqinpion (please excuse the spelling) and disc brakes?

Simple, NO! to convert to a II type suspension you have to do alot of mods to the stock front end.

There are several kits on the market, you can expect to pay about 1,500 for the kit. If you cant chop cut and weld expect to pay 1,500 - 2,000 for an instilation. Advantages rack and pinion!, Lost more engine bay room!, nothing else! Personaly I'm not a fan of the mustang II susspension unless you need the room for a 460 or a mod motor then its basicaly your only choice.

I'm probably going to go with the Rod and Custom Motorsports conversion for my '67. I basically want the room for the 2 turbo's that are going into the engine bay.
