We (some of the family) usually end up going to Mexico three or four times a year so I know what you mean about the 75+ posted speed limits It's nice to set cruise at 90 and not have to worry about getting pulled over
It all depends on where in Texas you move..Any big city, i.e. Houston, Dallas, Fort Worth, San Antonio, you'll have emissions testing..Other places like, Waco, where I went to college, do not do the emissions thing.
