Question

Hi everyone, I'm new to this forum and also new to mustangs. I recently purchased a 66' Mustang Coupe with a I-6, not running since 1999, and want to do a engine swap. My question is will this fit in my mustang? I found this, a CLEVELAND ENGINE AND TRANSMISSION AND FORD 9 IN. REAR END from a 1974 Ford Grand Torino. I'm not sure on the type of tranny, he is getting me that info. Is this something I can use without modifing the engine bay.

I just read all the horror stories about installing the 351C in a 66' mustang, so I don't think I will go that direction, it was just a good price. I think I'll try to find a 289 or 302 instead.

How about the 9" rear end off the 74' Grand Torino, will it fit?
