Ah, so I lured you into my thread with my purposely vague title . . .
So, I'm redoing my intake manifold (exploder, f'd it up the first time a few months back and been living with an oil leak ever since) and I've just discovered that I don't have RTV Black silicone; all I have is the red high-temp stuff. Should I use the red sealer, or should I wait 'til morning to get some black and seal it up? BTW I'm not using the cork gaskets, just the silicone in the front and back; I need my car running by tomorrow, but I like to let the silicone cure overnight if I can . . .
