questions about nitrous

is anyone running nitrous on a stock 5.0
do i have to change my fuel injectors or ignition system
i was thinking about getting the zex dry system

i'm in the process as well and i believe that what you need is a bigger fuel pump and adjustable fuel pressure regulator. check out the other thread that's going on about the dry or we zex kit.

I ran a 100 dry shot with stock motor and 19lb injectors with no problems. I upgraded the FP later to a 255 and WOW what a difference.

I have a wet kit they tend to take the stress off the inj. but you still need to worry about press so a pump is a realy good idea. I ran my kit on a stock motor from t-body to oil pan with only pullies, catback, 3.73, K&N, MSD digital6+. I went 13.1 @ 107 with a 1.9 60ft (still spinning very badly funny video on that) and that was on a 125 shot.

with a dry kit I had a friend that ran a 150 shot on for about 2 years, popped a head gasket after about 20bottles, no other prob. also have a bud that has a 94"L" and a 125 shot all with 19lb inj. no problems after 3-4 years and god he went threw bottles. Both the 150 and 125 shot friends had the same N.O.S. kit the 5115 or whatever the nuber is.
