questions about some 04 Cobras

i am looking to trade in my Bullitt for a 04 Cobra. I found a MysticChrome but with 32000 miles on it but a little worried about it having a 2.8 upper pulley. I dont know if this pulley would be good for every day driving. I have also heard some things about the transmission issues and some rear end issues. The car will never see the drag strip, just gonna be used for weekend driving. Any help and input will great.
