As a longtime guest here at StangNet.com I've noticed every once and awhile someone will post an insurance related question. As an insurance agent I felt compelled to offer my guidance and experience. If you have insurance related question please feel free to email it to me, and I will be more than happy to help.

P.S.
I am licensed only in the State of Michigan, thus any questions pertaining to insurance outside the State of Michigan, I'm afraid I cannot help.

Thanks.

Your socks are fine because you don't have a wife.

Forced2dv8,
I wish it were that easy. Getting a truly accurate quote is a little more involved than that. Would you mind calling me at my office or emailing your info to me?

Let me know.

MotorCity Agent-my girlfriend was driving my car the other day. she was hit, the other driver admitted fault. i would say more than likel the car will be totalled. in the event of this happening, is there any way i can get my cobra rims off, alpine cdplayer and xm unit, aftermarket door speakers out? Also, will i be able to get anything for stuff like the rebuilt rear end w/3.73's, rebuilt trans, and other engine mods? I will have the unfortunate task of dealing w/ State Fram for all of this (i have progressive). Do you have any advice you could give me so i dont get screwed? Thank you very much for any info you may have-Chris

another question. if say, they decide they are only going to fix it instead of total it, and the end result in the repair is less than acceptable, is there anything you can do? for instance, non matching paint, doors, windows leaking, etc.

I have a question. Around how much more would insurance be on an '99-'01 GT compared to an '03 V6? I'm 18 and no tickets and no accidents. Thanks in advance.

Sorry, it was a typo. I know it's going to be more, but hopefully it won't be an arm and a leg.
