quick ?: fan mounting

so i bought this fan and it came w/ the fan and some mouting tabs.. but no screws... what all do i need to mount this to the radiator?

Looks to me like they want you to use a tranny cooler mounting kit (or two) to mount it. It's basically zip ties that go through the rad and hold the fan in place.
