Quick Fix Or More Complicated?

so this is the interior of my 67 stang. What would be the best way to fix the console? do you think this might have been caused by an accident?

Hard to tell by the pic but it looks like the two top screws are missing from the radio bezel .You may need to pull the console and repaint the dash area behind it also .
