Is there any harm in changing the stock 19# injectors to 24# injectors on a stock motor.

Nope, wont hurt, just make sure you get a MAF to match them. (Or get the computer programed to adjust for them.)

any particular reason other than to have those cool blue top injectors?

the stockers will support up to 300 ponies, so unless you got something waiting to go onto the motor then you are wasting your money.

I've always heard that the stockers were good up to 350-400.

You heard wrong. Even just 300 is a stretch for the 19lb injectors. The '93 Cobra had 24lb squirters and was rated at just 235hp.

Like said above, make sure your engine is tuned for the 24lb injectors, or your A/F will be all wrong.

I would just wait

*sometimes* people have problems with them on a stock motor.

Do some mods, slap em on and go get a custom tune. This whole" MAF calibration" thing really needs to get phased out as it's not the best way to adjust for injector sizing. 10 years ago, it was all there was. Nowadays, no excuse for not putting a custom tune together if you get serious with mods and require larger injectors anyway
