Quick intake question

If i get a performer intake and put it on a basically stock 5.0, am I going to feel any power difference? I have cat back flowmasters and a cold air if that makes and difference. It is possible to put this intake on a stock mustang without any other pricey mods right?

I felt a nice gain with my cobra especially up top. An E-brock intake will help you out in the mid-top end with no other mods. You can help it out with some exhaust upgrades like an h pipe (there pretty cheap).

If you plan on going to aftermarket heads (TW, AFR, Ebocks) later, then get the Performer now. If your going to stay with atock heads or GT40 heads, get the Cobra/Explorer family intake.

Yeah DO IT. I did my Edelbrock when i had a catback, 3.73s, and a CAI. It made a huge difference. Felt like a new car. And went from 14.30s to 13.98.
