I have 24# injectors in the car and my MAF (C&L 73mm) has no marking on the sample tube to what it is calibrated for - which I have been told "no marking means it is calibrated for 19# injectors."

The car misses and sounds like the ignition breaks up a lot but after a little bit of driving it gets better (sometimes). If the MAF and Injectors were different wouldn't the car run like crap "ALL" the time or could it smooth out every once in a while. Mostly the car does run like crap but today on my lunch break I noticed it smoothed out after I was half-way home and it did the same thing on the way back to work.

My friend has 19# injectors I could try putting in the car just want to make sure it is worth trying before taking the upper intake off and all the other work involved. Other friend let me borrow Pro-Flow MAF 75mm calibrated for 24# injectors and when I put it in the car it doesn't run at all! ! !

The color coding that C&L uses is kinda hokie. It can rub off or get wiped clean with solvents.

Take a pair of calipers and measure the inlet and outlet of the sample tube.

I have approximate dimensions for most of the sample tubes on my site.

This should tell you what sample tube you really have.

Let me know what you find...
