What do I need to tap the oil pan though? Thanks.

You'd need a steel punch and a thread tap. You could probably find installation instructions for the supercharger you want from the manufacturer's website in a .pdf file. The tools needed are usually listed and the tap size should be given. If the unit is self contained, less tools to buy.
