If your messing with his timing. Remember to disconnect the spout, and set it at 10*. I wouldn't advance or retard base timing until its running right.

Ok thanks. I'm not messing with the timing, I just was making sure for future reference.

Why exactly does advancing timing make it worse?

OK. I'm confused. I really thought advancing the timing gives you more HP. Can someone enlighten me on this. Thanks
