quick question

ok so today i went and got the parts i need to change the valve seals on my svo, well when i got hom and started lookin at the seals the box they gave me says 8 exhaust valve seals says they are viton premium valve stem seals felpro # ss 72683, the box doesnt say anything about intake valve stem seals being included, also they all are in a metal casing with the rubber inside and the top has a little spring around it where it will be on the valve , are these ok to use or should i go back and get the intakes?

Maybe they were confused and gave you seals for a V-8?

the box with the seals says its for the 2.3 and the 5.0 i think im just gonna play it safe and check in and buy more, i was in a hurry to get this done since im going to be drag racing and doing auto x this weekend with it but i guess ill just deal with a lil puff of smoke every now and then till i get back.

fords run the best when they smoke.....my 90lx smokes when i start it up after i am hard on it. i think it is my turbo going south....but it only has to last me another month or so till i tear it down for winter.
