I wish i had taken photos when i was putting on my 75mm TB and plenum but i didn't, anyways many instructions will have you grind the heads off the 2 bolts that hold the throttle position sensor onto the throttle body. You. like i. may not have a grinder; what i did (after i removed the TB and plenum together) was simple, put the TB and plenum in a vice and use a haxsaw and saw down the middle of the head down in the direction of the bolt from top to bottom. Once the depth of the chanel is about to the threads use a flat head screw driver and both hands to stick it into the chanel and twist. Worked perfect in order to break the corosion proof coating on the threads.

Cliffs: take off Tb and plenum and create your own deep chanel flat head slot with a haxsaw. Then twist like hell

Vice grips didn't work, it was becoming a mess of a head. And not everyone has an inpact screwdriver on top of the fact that the philipps slot on the original head is ridiculously shallow

The flat head slot helped. I know... they are a bitch.
