yes, header, followers and valve springs. gains unknown.
I would like to buy a underdrive crank pulley, but a lot of people say it isn't worth it.

did you buy the "PRO FOUR HEADER (PRODUCTION CHASSIS) for $150?? did it have all the fittings for O2 sensors and whatnot?? im thinking of buying that header instead of a ranger one.

no, that header would be a little big with 1 5/8" primaries. it would defiantly hinder your low end torque.
I bought the full length "I4 header". It was cheaper than as it is listed now though. I just had my dad weld in an O2 sensor fitting. he didn't have much trouble with that. You might check JC Whitney. I am pretty sure they carry the same brand header for cheaper. They even have cupons at the back of their cataloge.

I bought the RW crank pulley.
By the time it got here to Canada I might as well have paid someone to lathe me one.

The gain I noticed was in throttle response, mainly quiker reving.
If it unloads accessories it must free up some HP I figure.

Bhuff; people say a lot of things like MSD isn't worth it, and you don't need an 8.8" , eat your veggies, too much red meat is bad, speed kills, you know what I mean.

What is that old saying? Opinions are like aholes, everybodys got one!

I would think and have to agree a underdrive pulley would help.
Just think lighter and less wieght for the crank to turn!!!
Would recommend getting all the pullies alt. etc.
I would also if you have no need for a/c to just get rid of it!!!!
Less drag and just a power robber..
