Racing Seat Installation...

Hey guys, I'm thinking about ordering a Corbeau Forza seat(red microsuede) with the mounting brackets. It would run me about $350 total. Now what I was wondering, is installation difficult, as in swapping the mounting brackets and whatnot? Thanks in advance.

If you are handy with a drill, I can't see what the issues would be. It comes with basic instructions, right?
Sounds like a good price. I went cheap and bought seat covers. LOL

take the old braket off the old seat put it up to the new seat. mark with white pen, and drill accordingly..simple enough, should take about 45 minutes tops and most of that will be moving the seat in and out of the car ! Good luck and post pics when your done !

It was a breeze installing my Corbeaus--if you have the mounting bracket as well it should be easy. You just bolt the seat to the new bracket with an allen wrench and then re-use your old bolts that secured the stock bracket to the floor for the new setup. I have heard some need to use a penetrant on these if they are frozen (I didn't have that problem personally). There is also a predrilled hole on the new bracket to transfer your seat belt clip if you aren't using a harness.

Yeah, like I said, I'd be buying the new mount from the site, so it should all be bolt on and no drilling, right? I also have a can of PB Blaster, just in case of insanely tight bolts.

If you have the correct mounting bracket there is no drilling. Trust me, you will be surprised how easy it is.
