Racing Tuner Comparison

They are both good, and both should give comparable results using the performance tune pre-loaded on them right out of the box. The Diablosport has more user-adjustable parameters and can be used for custom tuning. I have not seen any custom tuning capabilities offered for the Superchips tuner, if that is important to you. If by chance you have an automatic, they both really wake up automatic shifting characteristics.

No they are not the same, but they are both good tuners. The best potential power for your particular vehicle with your particular mods can only be had with a custom tune, and only the Diablo tuner has that feature between the two. Used Predators can be found for $225-$250; I see fewer Superchips tuners on the used market.

Obviously you would need an actual performance chip like for example, a Diablo sport chip in order to tune it with the Diablo tuner device?
