Radiator 87 - 93. Best Replacement!

I have a pep boys 3-core radiator and it works great. Only problem is when I hit traffic, but that's because of the airflow (need an efan), but the radiator works extremely well. 165 degrees when cruising, always. And it's always very hot in here, so maybe in your case it could work better. You need to trim some of the rubber from the clips though, but it's no big deal. :)

[I could care less what a NAZZZZCAR tech has to say about his theories on what's best for a daily-driven car; his experience involves cars that run 150+ MPH in a circle for 200 to 500 laps, whereas we're just dealing with stop-and-go traffic and/or highway speeds at a max of maybe 65 to 75 MPH. Different performance applications = apples to oranges.

His "theories" were based on his engineering (degree) experience, not only his racing experience. It sure looks like you have all the answers and know what's best for us all. If you took the time to maybe call a radiator manufacturer, I'm sure his "theories" will be dead on.

Here's another vote for the FRPP rad. I changed mine out after work one night when my stocker went bad and the modifications are really easy. You could probably live w/ less, but I think its one of the best values out there. Basically, whatever you throw at your car, you'll never need anything better.

I bougt a Summit direct fit aluminum rad. and it works great. All I had to do was trim the rubber seats a little. I run it and the summit hi-flo water pump. Temp is usually withing a couple of deg. of 180 with a 180 t-stat, and when im beating on it , it doesnt get above 190.
