Ok this may seem like a crazy question but I cannot for the life of me figure out what size these bolts are. I need to know what size and thread pitch the bolts are for the radiator brackets. The ones that go on the top. I took them off a long time ago and now want to put them back on but cannot figure out the correct size or pitch of the bolts. Thanks.

They are metric, I want to say they are 6mm.....ive fixed damaged ones by tapping to a 1/4-20 and it allowed me some "prettier" bolts...lol

That's one thing that seriously bothers me, why do they mix and match bolts, why not just use metric or standard? Yu just ran a 1\4 tap through there? I may just do that, thanks Rick.

hmmm well its definitely not an M6, its too small. I just realized that I have 1/4" bolts in there now holding it in place but they are too small. I dont think a 1/4" tap would work? I am going to try an M8 bolt tomorrow. Rick you sure the tap wasnt a 5/16"? Either way I'm going to mess with it tomorrow.

They could be buddy I was going off of memory, I know the stnd tap went in easy and cut nice threads. I have bins of stainless fasteners at the shop I use.
