So I need help on which hoses to use on my setup. Here is what I am dealing with.
68 mustang with a 89 302 with serp. belt setup (off of a fox body)
I sourced a new radiator from a friend for cheap (free), the radiator is from a 70 mustang with a 250 engine in it, it is 4 core and its outlet is on the driver side. This is perfect because of the water pump inlet is on the driver side also. Anyhow what hoses do I use? I tried a fox body upper hose, but it needs to be cut and shortened where it goes over the alternator and the diameter of the hose is smaller than the inlet on the radiator. For the lower hose I am planning on using a hose from a 70 250 cid mustang. I tried a lower hose from fox body mustang but that didn't fit either.Any suggestions, and flex hose is not an option.
