Has anyone had any issues with the radio volume knob on cold mornings not wanting to turn up or down the volume correctly as you turn the knob? It's quite annoying in the morning when you turn the radio down and it starts blaring louder instead of going down. If anyone has any input on how to fix it, please let me know.

My started doing this as well prob a few months ago. Not sure if its from the cold or not. Have not really gotten a chance to do anything with it so this will be a :bump: for ya

Mine does it too; I never really noticed if it is temperature related though.

My wife's Focus does the same thing when it is cold. She has had multiple Ford radios (due to cd player issues) and they have all done the same thing.

My mustang with the Mach 460 doesn't do this, but my focus does and it's getting really bad. Most of the time it's like a random number generator. I keep cranking the volume up and the display is like 2 6 1 4 5 3 2 6 5 9 0 0 0 0 2 1 4 then it catches and cranks to 15..
