I have a 92 Ranger with 28s, and I want to know if they will bolt up to my stang. Don't ask; it's about some tard at work with his Chebby pickup. I figure they might rub, but I don't have a drop, and the stock v6 tires look pretty big. The Ranger rims are 15". This would be for just one trip to work, anyways. Thanks!

But of course! Noone is allowed to get mad if I post a pic of me mudding where this guy's pickup got stuck, though.

a friend of mine did this with his chevy caprice... he had 16" bullets on the nitto geo 30s... was amusing... i really want to see the pictures. on 28s you should be ok.... before my stang was lowered it went 28 to the wheel well.... not you should still have like 2 inch clearance because of it being diameter and not radius.....

i think it will work, just watch the bumps and go slow over speed bumps.

You may have problems turning. When I put 17" '98 GT rims on my '99 Ranger they rubbed on the lower control arm. You may have rubbing on the fenders up front.

So yeah, I ended up popping them rims on, and the fronts were rubbing on something; something I wasn't willing to look further into. I did get a few pics, hopefully some of them will net me the best 4x4 stang award.
I have crap web hosting, and don't want to kill the thread with a million pics, so here's a link.

You can change 001.JPG to 002.JPG, all the way through 020.JPG Make sure you capitalize the JPG part, or it won't work. Also, there are two vids there. 001.MOV and 002.MOV
I was recording, and was having my buddy rev it up, so I could get a little exhaust clip. I tell him to do a little burnout, and, well, you can see by the first video why we had to do a second.

Also, there are pics of my Ranger, and the exploded front hub. I've never had a hub explode like that one did before in my life. I took a pic of the other side, to show what was supposed to be there.
