Foxes never had 460. So yes it's a drop in, and I've got a feeling if it had heads/cam it wouldn't be rockin the stock carb and air filter

i know it aint stock............if it were it would be a very rare beast.........
mine isnt exactly stock and i rock stockish intake and airbox/tube

what i was trying to say even if it were a just drop in and bolt up stock for stock shouldt it beat a stock 5.0? or is this big block not setup to scream......at the end of the day more hp is still more hp?

IIRC that engine was only rated at 235hp

The 460 has more cubes yes, stock for stock horsepower wise it's pretty even, but I wouldn't be suprised if the 87-92 motors made more power. BUT throw the same amount of parts at each motor and the 460 will haul balls past the 302
