ratings on my motor

i have an 88 town car (roller5.0, AOD) and an 86 LX stang 3.8/C5 . now i will be converting the stang to a 5spd, and want to know the power ratings on my lincoln should i decide to put the motor from it into the mustang for now... ultimately the mustang will have a (DSS 408 stroker) 351W so i am not worried too awfully about the low horsepower/torque ratings on my lincoln . any info, any addresses, anything will help. ps the lincoln motor will be carbureted.
