When I had my car at the muffler shop today I had them listen to a rattle that keeps getting worse from the rear. Turns out that it's coming from inside one of my mufflers. I bought the MRT Catted H this year and really enjoyed the sound with the flows (gets better every day ) but I would like to have something a little bit different if I have to buy new mufflers.

I want it to be as loud as the flows with that old muscle car sound so I'm thinking about the Magnapack Catback. Anyone have any other suggestions? I have used the search button a lot tonight and the mustang exhaust site is down temporally.

I would suggest MAC, its also a chambered muffler so I think you will get the sound that youre looking for there.

Look up Twista, I know he/she has a sound clip in their sig.

its probably peices of the rusted out chambers rattling around in your mufflers.

I love the sound of my Bassanis with the catted MRT H...They have the perfect tone to me with not much drone at all...Its kinda like a mixture between Flowmaster & Magnaflow...

Heres some crappy clips.....

My flowmasters eventually rusted through on my car (the reason I am putting around quietly now with magnaflows) quite badly. The entire top area of the muffler was beginning to come in and the car was getting pretty loud.

I'm hoping that these mufflers on the car currently will last a bit longer
