ok I have a rattle sound when starting up the car.. and when driving.. but nothing at idle and when not driving and I rev it up it sounds normal.. but when driving I get this rattle.. could a engine mount be broken.. or could the engine be broken.. its only at start up and when driving.. seems to do it more when im giving it gas..

um

its there at all times.. it sounds too me like the engine is off its mounts.. I can see where it is rubbing on the hood a bit.. but it is a rattle sound.. when cruising there is no sound.. only when gas is on.. and on start up.. dont think its something in the engine..

check for loose bolts......engine mounts, headers, heat shields ect. also, i remember reading post awhile back about the K-member bolts on some cars becoming loose. Hope this helps.

This is just a shot, but check to make sure your exhaust pipe isn't hitting the body right over the wheel well. Mine was and I heard a rattle when I started and moved the car. Worth a look.
