I have two. They are definitely fun. I have a stadium truck like the Tmaxx which is a blast to drive because you can jump it and take it over any terrain and it eats up the bumps.

I also have a 4WD modified touring car. It's fast as hell and hop-up parts are cheap as hell. I usually keep this one on my trunk. When i go to car shows i pop it out and blast around the parking lot with it. People love it.

i used to have a car. was awd. i didnt like that. made it rwd and put a "bigger" well way bigger motor on it. and it had a mustang body on it. it was black. i could drift with it(dont flame). and i could also do dounts and burnouts and all that fun stuff.

my buddy has a savage or soemthing like that...its fun. but i liked my car. i sold it though when i was looking to buy a moped. then sold the moped for my car.

4WD drifting > RWD drifting when it comes to R/C

Actually my touring car can be configured in 4WD, RWD or FWD. FWD sucks ass and is boring to drive. RWD is fun for obvious reasons and AWD is great for handling but sucked for fun....until i stuffed a WAY bigger motor (an OS .18 in where an .11 originally sat) along with a tuned exhaust and other hop up parts. Now it will light up all 4 tires easily. I had to buy ultra sticky rubber for it just to have some sense of grip when racing. I still have the slippery slicks though for 4WD drifting!

I have got a HPI MT2, its a 4wd stadium. Personlly I almost bought a T-maxx, but after I went to a few hobby shops and looked around they were not quite the quality that I wanted.

I would also buy an HPI over anything else. Their quality and aftermarket is among the best

I use to race Rc cars for 8 years had some partial sponsers etc., and have been in the hobby for 20 years, whats he asking for the Tmaxx and whats done to it?, You might be better off just buying a brandnew revo 3.3 great truck far superior to the t-maxx, but price is a little steep depending what ya wanna pay http://www2.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin/wti0001p?&I=LXMHP1**&P= but if ya can get the t-maxx for around $200 i would say go for it they are alot of fun.

I'm pretty biased towards the RC10GT....they're tough as nails and pretty versitile, plus you can get hopups for pretty much every piece of the truck.

pics of mine http://www.cardomain.com/ride/626821/4 Mine is an older vintage chassis and it's seen some rough times. I love painting the bodies almost as much as i do driving them. The truck body is a Savage body that i made to fit the GT.

I have a Traxxas T-maxx, Traxxas E-maxx, and a Kyosho Rally car. My T-maxx is worth about $1300 and I just recently got back into them in the last two weeks after being out of the hobby for about 3 years. How much is he asking for the T-maxx it might be a good deal Find out what is done to it.

I have a savage that hasnt ran in prolly 2 years, I just got tired of changin engines in two months, i ran the piss out of that truck, You could jump it 15ft without anything happening to it, It was funny I had the 2 speed set up to where it would spin hittin 2nd, the second engine i put in was all ported and polished out and hauled major ass!! Now I have mustangs, with the same probs, I need a reliable car LOL!!!
