Alright well i've been seriously neglecting my Mustang the past 2 1/2 years and i feel REALLY bad. I bought a 99 Dodge Viper RT/10 about two years ago and ALL i do is modify it and man i've spent TONS of money on it and VERY little on the Mustang. I just bought a 5k hood for the Viper and i decided after it's painted and striped that i need to switch my focus and re-do the Mustang.

It's a 1991 Mustang GT Moroon W/grey interior
I am in the middle of re-doing the interior, i laid all new black carpet front and hatch area and started SEM dying interior parts black because it was previously grey. It's starting to look GREAT. NOW i need new FRONT and REAR SEATS because mine are all stained and worn out looking.

What do you suggest i do? Take them to get re-done or where can i buy some nicer ones? How much do you think it will cost?

NOw for the exterior:

The paint is fading pretty badly and my cowl hood is a POS cincannati composite 4" cowl hood with little white paint chips everywhere.

Where can i find a KEENEN COWL HOOD? A buddy of mine had one a long time ago and it was a very nice quality hood.

I'm also thinking of buying a saleen rear wing. Where can i find a good quality saleen rear wing?

I am also considering a new FRONT and REAR bumper? Any suggestions?

So after i decide on all that i will need a new paint job but i'm not trying to spend an arm and a leg for one. I am considering changing it to BLACK?

So what do you guys think any suggestions on what to make it look like.
Here is an old picture, the car looks the same just a little run down and faded now. It just basically needs some TLC so i fugre instead of keeping it as it is i should add a few things like a new wing, newer better quality hood and maybe a new front/rear bumber? Any advice?

your viper is sick!!!!!!! Any way, if I were yu and had a lil money, I would get black suede 03 cobra front seats and have the rears reupholstered to match, in blackleather and black suede inserts, that wouldlook badass. IDK about the Keenan cowl hood. For the wing, try cervinis or abc exclusive. Front bumper should be a stalker, rear cobra bumper with some 3 inch tails stickin out, also from abc or cervinis. and paint it black or the same color, either way the car is badass and will be.

GREY5.0BEAST ~ THANKS man, Seems like me and you are on the same page and share the same taste. i was just thinking some of the same things you just said.
I'm now looking at getting :
Stalker front bumper
Corba rear bumper ( SHOULD i buy tail pipes, i'm running dumps right now and i LOVE the LOUD badass sound it has already)

Also what would you guys suggest another 4" cowl OR a Corba RR cowl with SVo scoop?

On the seats, i was checkin them out, Do 03' Cobra seats fit in a 91 mustang? If not what would i need to do? Sounds like a good idea, i bet they would look awesome!

ABC is good. So is Design Concepts. So is Age Classic Design if they're still around. I have no idea.

Yes they fit right in, the only thing is they sit like 1 inch higher, so if your over 5'11" it might not be comfortable. For the hood I like the cobra r with the double cowl, but I have only seen one car that I likedthe one with the SVO scoop and that was dmans car

i bought my stalker kit and mach 1 hood from abc... on a scale from 1 to 10

Quality/Craftsmanship 6
Price 9

I have had to do a little modifications to the kit to make it seemless.. and i still need to do some more eurothane work to the front..

the hood is uneven by like 1 /16 of an inch... not noticable with out rulers and stuff..

i personally will not be dealing with abc exclusive again. they claim their front stalker bumper is urethane but it cracked this winter and looks like fiberglass to me.

Hmm thats not good! Anyone else had any problem like this?

So only a 6 out of 10 in craftsmanship huh? Thats not to good. BUt it's one of the only few places i can get one. So i'm assuming my painter woulld have to do a bunch of work them?

Would buying it from Cervinni's be better quality? Or is it basically the exact same?

If you want a Stalker, go Cervini's. Everywhere else I heard from was that ABC's Stalker copy is FIBERGLASS, I dunno why they'd lie about it. Maybe the rep was misinformed and/or stupid. :dunno: ANyway that shouldn't shy you away from their hoods or wings if you want one.

I am sure that is for a carbon fiber hood that weighs less than the paint sitting on it. viper parts arent truly unreasonable
